#SSS4 - NOGI SUB-ONLY BJJ ROUND-ROBIN

  • IBJJF White Belt rule set for white belts 

  • Knee-bars and toe holds allowed at blue belt and above

  • If no submissions are scored, matches will be decided on sub-attempts/fight ending situations

  • £25 entry fee 

  • Round-robin format within groups then progression to Bronze & Final match. 

  • Weight classes -65, 65+, 75+, 85+. 95+

  • All competitors get 1 free coach pass, all other spectators £5 entry fee
